These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Handlers Hub ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of our platform and services.

Account Terms

Account Creation

• One person may not maintain more than one free account

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable Use

Permitted Use

You may use Handlers Hub to:

• Manage dog club operations and memberships
• Create and manage events
• Process event entries and registrations
• Maintain dog and breeder profiles
• Communicate with members and participants

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Engage in fraudulent activities or misrepresentation
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Scrape or collect data without permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

Payment Terms

Subscription Plans

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated.

Transaction Fees

Payment processing fees apply to transactions processed through the platform. These fees are clearly disclosed and may vary based on payment method and transaction type.

Refunds

Event entry refunds are subject to the policies set by individual event organizers. Subscription refunds may be provided at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content

The platform, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Handlers Hub and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain all rights to content you submit or upload to the platform. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with operating and improving our services.

User Responsibilities

You represent that you own or have the necessary permissions to use and authorize us to use any content you submit. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on third-party rights.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Handlers Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the service
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Third-party conduct or content on the service
• Any other matter relating to the service

Warranty Disclaimer

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service or contact us to request account deletion.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
